First, off kudos to Tony Snow's verbal beat down of Thomas today...  man that was nice....

Okay, was listening to the MahaRushie today and a listener called in complaining about Israel's current actions. Excuse me for sec folks and let me put down my huge "Go IDF#1" foam finger and type the rest of this post. Hard as hell to hunt and peck with this thing on. Okay the guest said  that and this is a paraphrase "that when the police know a criminal is in a building they don't blow up the whole building".... 

What is the lefts new found love and obsession with police action? Hizbollah is in an entirely different country for starters. It has to be the lesser of two evils. I think they just hate the military more than the do police. Or is it the fact that through the police they have something they think they control, that being the judiciary. Could you imagine the news reports of "police brutality" if they actually went to police style actions? 
 
Next, is the ungrateful college American student that CNN interviewed that was a student at the University of Lebanon. What could not get into one in the US or not just not America hating enough?  But I only jest I am sure they have wonderful exchange programs in what I have no idea... probably human geography....  It seems that the students got out on some Norwegian ship if I remember correctly. And when asked about the status of getting out of Lebanon she said paraphrasing again that basically we did not expect much look at how Katrina was handled.  

Glad to see the DNC's faxes are still working in Beirut......
